What is the difference between a partial highlighting and a full highlighting? - difference between partial full highlights
I think medium length, dark blonde highlighted hair. What should I know about the best method? Fully vs. partially? Foil from the CAP? What color or colors ahould I use to get more natural? Some of my natural highlights research and a red light blonde for sure. Would it be acceptable to both the colors together? I know I am very demanding. But I want to look good and I have no idea what I need. I see a picture in my head when I see in my head!

The party is the crown (top and sides) is a complete head. I beg to build the sections on the conservation of natural phenomenon, I think those are red, blond and use well. If you want to keep med. The use of color between 7-9. Your stylist can show samples.
A party is only beginning, and it is full of hair in your head all the hair looks clear, especially if there is substance. So, if you are looking for scratches on the top and Geta aroudn for a face if you withdraw into a ponytail. The two colors would be tacky and most will tell you sylests really like in 2000 to do both ... but you have to decide whether they go more red or blond / Just Want to Be With. If you need something gettign not just a picture of what you want.
Partial generally refers to the half, which means that only one party or the highlights) are half a head (usually in the upper half. A head full of moments of meaning that you are standing on his head, from crown to nape.
