If you have time and perhaps the opportunity, I would say that you should be a model for the costumes, and patterns) with something like felt (various colors and sew a shirt.
While you could get a mask, it would be easier if you only buy a mask with a group of processors that it would be.
With respect to the leggings, you can also use models of the leg and sewing as well. Could be better, but if you just buy pants thin materials cheaply, as I would imagine to be more difficult for the design of the mesh.
If you do not have an artistic side, and sew for you, then you should to buy clothes.
